The Silos Fast storage system has been created to be used as buffer for water and soft drink lines, but it can also be used for major storage. This product incorporates three fundamental elements:

Lanfranchi Ultraclean Silos was built entirely with AISI 304 stainless steel, it does not feature any point of retention, it is equipped with a CIP system and is guaranteed Class 100.
The new Silo Light system can be installed in current storage systems such as Silo Fast, Ultraclean, etc. and can be purchased for retrofitting in already-installed silos.
The main purpose of this application is to distribute and reduce the pressure of the bottles positioned at the top in comparison to those positioned at the bottom by a continuous series of sloped walls installed inside the silo, that divide it into areas, thereby obtaining the uniform distribution of the loads along the entire width of the silo as the first effect.
Another important result is that these continuous deflectors reduce the vertical loads. Thanks to their slope, in fact, the load of the bottles located at the top does not completely weigh on the bottles at the bottom.
It is mainly used as dynamic storage in palletising and filling lines, or in extrusion lines.
It is also used when in an installation with a preform press connected directly to a blow moulding machine it is necessary to reduce the temperature of the preforms in order to make the heating and blow moulding process as homogeneous as possible.
