Our Solutions

Rotary

The rotary orientator is used for medium-high frequency and can be supplied together with the unscrambler or in stand-alone version.

The orientation plates are rotated by a cross wheel mechanism or by pneumatic drives and, when it is necessary to orient a particularly complex container, a brushless motor is installed on each plate.

The container position is identified by special infrared photocells, or through cameras. The machine comes with a table-top conveyor belt, with or without suction, as needed.

Of sturdy build, the machine is equipped with PLC, display for function control, and electrical panel.

Rotary

Belt or plate linear orientators

These two types of orientators are used for low frequency and when the container needs to be oriented by 180o. Both the belt and plate orientators can be provided complete with their table-top conveyor belt, their control electrical panel, or integrated into Lanfranchi unscramblers.

Linear

Belt linear orientators with servomotors

To fulfil an increasingly demanding market, we have developed a new linear orientator that is able to reach a production speed of 18,000 bph.

The employed technology makes it possible to orient the container by modulating the speedof two opposing belts controlled by two brushless motors. In this way the angle of rotation can have any value between 0 and 360°.

Based on the signal received by an opto-electronic sensor that reads the reference on the container, according to which it must be oriented, the Lanfranchi linear belt orientator will rotate the container so that it is in the precise position required for the next operation.
