Lanfranchi srl is hiring a Technical-commercial engineer for its French branch, based in Roubaix (France).
Activities are the following:
- Managing and developing a customer portfolio for the selling of Lanfranchi machineries
- Defining commercial actions and goals to be reached
- Preparing and presenting commercial offers, following sales negotiations with customers and the progress of the projects with Project Managers, remembering that customers’ satisfaction comes first
- Writing a periodic report about commercial activities to be shared with the Direction
The ideal candidate has got a master degree in Engineering, consistent experience in selling special machineries (process, packaging and production lines) to customers in France and all over the world and is able to face a technical negotiation with demanding speakers.
We are looking for a person with a strong commercial sense, who loves to relate with people in order to create quality relationships.
The person will be required to join a small reality and to be autonomous and purposeful. Knowledge of the market is a plus. Also knowledge of the Italian language is a plus, while English must be fluent.
Many travels abroad will be required, especially to North/East Europe and Middle East.
There will be a fixed part (based on skills and experience) and a variable part (objectives).
