These two simple and ingenious transport systems are, as is our whole range of products, simple and yet robust. Built in stainless steel (PVC also available for the pneumatic transfer tube conveyor), they are maintenance free, washable and complete with inspection doors. The more common applications of these systems are: transport of bottles between extrusion machines and storage silos, and transport of carrots (scraps) to the grinder for material reprocessing. Thanks to their great flexibility these systems can be always used, where considerable conveying distances of plastic material are required.

THE CYCLONE: for a smooth discharge into a bulk conveyor or Silo.
INTERMEDIATE CYCLONE In this application an intermediate cyclone is collecting, in a filling room, 5 pneumatic conveyors coming from de-moilers + 3 pneumatic conveyors for bottles rejected. All of them are collected and transported through a single large pipe (diam 350 mm) to the grinder located 250 m further away.
