The innovation achieved by Fastest is based on a series of patents and original solutions that allow, for example, a quick flexible shape change, a fact already confirmed by tests carried out using different types of shapes, both straight as well as contoured.
The job was possibly easier for us than it was for others. Fastest is not a palletizing system modeled on any other already in existence. It is a totally new machine based on the ideas and suggestions put forward by a large number of our clients, and specifically intended for the palletization of empty plastic bottles. The patent for the head for example, was not only designed using FACOTEC (Full Automatic Change-Over Technology) technology, for automatic change of shape, but it is also capable of staggering the bottles during their transferal to the pallet. A highly reliable bottle counting system, an extremely simple structural format in order to achieve a marked reduction in the number of service interventions, and an oversized structure that allows for the possibility of production in three shifts… Looking for similar features on other machines would be a waste of time, because they are simply nowhere to be found.
