TURN MASTER
The rotanting orientator TURN MASTER is used for: medium/high productions (system of orienting disks moving by means of a “Maltese cross” or pneumatic activators) and when the bottle requires extreme orienting (i.e. 90°, 180°, 270°), this is carried out by means of brushless motors.
The object position identification is carried out through a sonar and special infrared photocells, or even by means of cameras.
This model is complete of table top conveyor, with or without suction (vacuum conveyor) according to the particular shape and characteristics of the bottle.
The machine is very solid, has a PLC and a Display for the operator control, and has a stand-alone electrical panel.

TURN MASTER BLOCK
Another configuration developed by Lanfranchi is to connect the orientator, in mechanical block, with the unscrambler; in this way the overall space needed is reduced and the risk of bottle falls between the block and the turn master is thus eliminated.

TURN MASTER LINE
This kind of orientator is used on low production lines, where the bottle is oriented only by 180°. The device which turns the bottles is activated by a brushless motor that assures reliability and precision in repetitive movements. The machine has an indipendent table top conveyor and, if necessary supplied with a suction fan to create vacuum and hence hold the unstable containers in place.
The object position identification is carried out through a sonar and special infrared photocells, or even by means of cameras.
The machine is supplied with an indipendent electric panel and a PLC.
