 The word identifies the result we wish to obtain with the realization of this new dynamic storage system that has improved our existing storage systems.
The main characteristics of this new storage system are:
- bottle gentle handling
- possibility to store very light bottles
- F.I.F.O. system
- reduced installation times
Gentle silo is used mainly as a dynamic buffer on the palletizing and filling lines, or as a bottle cooling system in extrudor lines for PET, PP or HDPE containers before being conveyed to big dimension storage silos, reducing the risk of deformation problems. Gentle bottle silo is used even when a preform press, linked directly with a blowing machine, needs to reduce the temperature of the preforms, in this way heating and blowing process are as homogeneus as possible.
